As an advisor, Simon blends his technical and coaching skills to support talented changemakers to have more impact and joy at work. He is a certified coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is working with purpose-driven leaders as part of his project Joyful Impact. Before his role as an advisor and coach, he co-founded the sustainability software startup inoqo where he served as Head of Product, and obtained a Masters Degree in Technical Physics before his entrepreneurial path. Simon is passionate about existential risks and navigating life between personal wellbeing and impact. Outside work you can find Simon in front of the piano, hiking in the mountains, cooking plant-based dishes, or finding peace on his Yoga mat.
