Opportunity Matching Program at Successif

Connecting Organizations with Talent for AI Risk Reduction

What Is It?

Successif's Opportunity Matching program gives your organization free, curated access to experienced professionals transitioning into AI risk reduction. Every candidate works with a dedicated career advisor who knows their skills, motivations, and career goals.

Who This Is For?

For organizations hiring in AI risk reduction. Common roles we match for:

  • AI safety & alignment research

  • AI governance & policy

  • Technical safety

  • Operations & leadership at safety-focused orgs

How It Works

  1. You share a role — Email us the position details and ideal candidate profile

  2. We match & curate — Our advisors identify candidates from our pool of experienced professionals and apply your preferred outreach pathway

  3. You receive a shortlist — Delivered via a dedicated spreadsheet, typically within 10–15 days, depending on the pathway

Four Outreach Pathways to Choose From

Initial Outreach: We share a list of advisees we believe are strong fits without contacting them. This is the fastest option (~10–15 days), but candidates may not be aware of the role, so your team will need to reach out directly, and response rates may vary.

Targeted Outreach: We contact selected advisees, confirm their interest in the role, and share a list of candidates who have actively engaged. This takes slightly longer but results in a more committed pool.

Informal Outreach: For roles without a formal job description, we reach out to gauge interest and share candidates who are open to being contacted by your team.

Grant/Funding Recommendation: Similar to targeted outreach, we confirm interest before recommending candidates. Interested individuals reply with a short note on their plans or motivation, which we share with the funder.
