Katie is one of Successif's workshop facilitators supporting female and non-binary identifying advisees in overcoming internal hurdles and developing the mindset required to switch into a high-impact role. Previously, Katie spent over 10 years in the start-up, tech, and non-profit sectors, most recently as a people manager and internal coach at the Centre for Effective Altruism. Before that, she was a professional community builder for Google, Pinterest, Nike, and others. She also manages her own private coaching practice.
