Juliette Martichoux supports day-to-day operations at Successif, working across the team to improve internal systems, strengthen collaboration, and enable the team to stay focused on creating impact. She has worked across USAID contractors and behavioral consulting agencies, with experience spanning financial operations, research coordination, and field implementation. She holds a Master’s in International Development Economics from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.
