As an advisor, Moneer combines 14 years of "winning or learning" in people leadership to guide professionals toward high-impact careers in AI safety. He has served as a school principal, impact consultant, and project manager across Europe, UK, and the Middle East. He holds an Executive MSc in Social Business from LSE, MEd in Educational Leadership, and BA in Sociology & Anthropology, enabling him to approach career transitions as personalized learning journeys that account for how diverse identities navigate social impact landscapes. Following his own successful career transition, Moneer now serves on an AI safety advisory board, developed the Systemic Design Framework for AI Safety field-building (SyDFAIS), and leverages this experience to support other professionals exploring impactful career changes in AI safety and governance.
