Our inaugural Women's Program has one primary goal: to support and empower women in AI safety to make their work even more impactful.​ The program will center around an in-person retreat planned near London from 26-28 May, combined with online individualized coaching and support to achieve your goals.​

Through Successif’s years of advising women transitioning into and working in AI safety, we have identified recurring patterns and unique dynamics that can sometimes hold women back. To address this, our women's program is building a supportive community to help women increase their impact.
The program aims to increase the effectiveness and impact of women in AI safety by:

addressing systemic and personal barriers,

creating a strong peer network,​​

offering support to achieve a personalized goal, and

maximizing their impact calculations and decision-making processes.
