Our inaugural Women’s Program is more than a one-time event; it is a comprehensive initiative to develop and support a community of experienced women driving the future of AI safety. We combine a focused 3-day in-person retreat with ongoing individualized strategic guidance and peer support to ensure your work has the greatest possible impact on the field.

Attend the retreat
Spend three days at a private venue near London with your peers to step back from the day-to-day to refine your long-term vision and strengthen your impact. The final schedule will be customized to meet the needs of our attendees, providing them with an opportunity to request or present a lightning talk or workshop. Travel expenses and accommodations will be covered.
